We're busy prepping for our next class. So we encourage guests / students to reach out via text, 917-400-0979 for immediate inquiry (we reply within the hour) or via email for account inquiries (reply withing 5-7 business days), etc.

Do you accept "walk ins"?
Unfortunately, not. In order to best serve our community, we ask all guests book their classes/sessions at least 2 hours in advance. ALL students must pre-register.
Does Sevaa allow late entry?
No. In the efforts of respecting everyone, class doors close at class start time, no exceptions. Sevaa Brooklyn does not offer refund or class credit for late arrivals/missed classes.

What is your Waitlist Policy?
If you are on a waitlist for class we will contact you at least TWO hours prior to class start to confirm your spot. Guests have one hour to confirm their slot.
Are masks required in classes?
At this time, masks are optional in all classes and required in common areas. We do have masks available.
Does Sevaa offer mats?
Yes, we offer mat rentals for $4. Students should are responsible for cleaning mats at the end of class.
Do you offer water?
Yes, we have water available to refill your water bottle. Or bottled water is available for purchase.
Does Sevaa offer showers?
No, we do not offer showers.
Do you offer towels for classes?
Yes, we offer towel rental for $3.
Do your teachers offer physical adjustments during class?
Yes. At the beginning of class, teachers will ask guests if they are “ok” with physical adjustments.
As a Beginner, which class is best for me?
Our Sevaa Principal offers foundational cuing that helps build and support your movement practice.

Does Sevaa “Namaste”?
No, we close our classes by thanking students for their trust.
Do you offer class credits for missed classes?
No, when you "no show" it affects the studio and its community. Sevaa Brooklyn does not offer class credits or extensions. Be sure to read the guidelines specific to your package or class for expiration. Additionally, class credits are not transferrable.

Can I extend my class card?
Unfortunately, we do not offer extensions or refunds on class cards for any reason.

I purchased my class through a 3rd party, may I reschedule my class or receive a credit for a missed class?
We are not able to assist with purchases made via a 3rd party. Please contact the 3rd party for assistance.

Does Sevaa Brooklyn offer private classes / sessions?
Yes, you may book our private sessions via our class page or contact us directly (sevaabrooklyn@gmail.com) and someone from our crew will assist you with your booking.

Does Sevaa Brooklyn offer Teacher Training?
We will offer our 200HR Teacher Training program in the Spring of 2023. Email us to request to receive information on our training.

Is your space LGTBQ+ friendly?
Yes, Sevaa Brooklyn is a Black - Owned and a part of the LGTBQ+ community.
